How do Plae adult shoes differ from kids shoes?
Plae kids shoes are designed to meet the anatomical needs and development of a child. Plae adult shoes are designed to meet the proportional and support needs of adult feet. While both products may share some design cues and materials, they are completely different.
What is the Plae growth spurt guarantee?
If your child experiences a growth spurt within 30 days from the receipt of your Plae shoes, you can get 50% off of the price of the same product, color, and style in its next size up. This applies for worn shoes that could no longer be returned or accepted for a refund.
Does Plae ship internationally?
No. At present, Plae is only able to ship to the US. Note that Plae is unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Plae Accepted Payment Methods
When does my Plae order ship out?
Orders placed before 9AM (PST) Monday to Friday are shipped on the same day. Typically, processing time would take 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 9AM (PST) on Friday ships on the next business day. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is shipped, along with the tracking number. Note that it takes about 24 hours for tracking progress to be available.

Does Plae accept returns?
Yes. Returns are free. Any item purchased in the last 45 days can be returned free of charge provided that it is still new and unworn. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable, as well as promotional items and free gifts, and those products tagged as final sale.
When can I expect my Plae refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected at the warehouse, expect a refund within 48 hours.
