Can I cancel my Rue21 order after I have submitted it?
No. It is Rue21’s goal to process and ship orders as soon as possible which is why canceling an order after it has been placed is not possible. You can, however, return any unwanted item, provided that it meets the Rue21 return policy.
Does Rue21 ship internationally?
No. As of the moment, Rue21 only ships to the 48 contiguous states. Standard Shipping is available for domestic P.O. Boxes. They do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or to APO/FPO addresses. Returns are accepted at Rue21 within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition. You may return online purchases at any Rue21 store. Use the resealable bag that your package came with and make sure that the packing slip is included. It is advised that you use a traceable carrier when mailing the items back. Note that swimwear cannot be returned unless the hygienic liner is intact and all original tags are still attached. Also, return shipping fee is your responsibility.
Does Rue21 accept returns beyond the 30-day period?
If the 30-day grace period has passed, you may still return your Rue21 merchandise but you will instead be issued a merchandise credit for the item’s current selling price. You can send the item back to Rue21 by mail or you can do the return at any Rue21 store.
