When does Shoe Carnival charge me for my order?

Your payment method will not be charged for an order until it ships. However, you might see an authorization charge right after the order has been placed. Note that this will be removed once the order ships, which is typically within 3-5 business days.

Does Shoe Carnival offer In-Store Pickup?

Yes! All items that are shown on the Shoe Carnival website, except those exclusively offered online, can be picked up at any Shoe Carnival store free of charge. Just select the “Pick Up In Store” option when shopping online after adding the item to your shopping bag. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready to pick up, which is usually within 4 business hours after placing the order.

What if my Pick Up In Store Shoe Carnival order doesn’t fit?

If you’re not happy with your Pick Up In Store order, you can always cancel it at the store and you will not be charged for it. The authorization hold on your account will also come off within 3-5 business days. If you’ve already taken the item home, you can bring the merchandise back to the store within 60 days to be issued a refund for the purchase.

Does Shoe Carnival offer free shipping?

Yes! Free Standard Shipping is offered for orders $75 and over. Note that a $10 surcharge is applied for orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, but APO/FPO destinations do not have extra charges. Also, Standard Delivery orders to Hawaii or Alaska may require another 3-5 business days.

Does Shoe Carnival ship internationally?

No. As of the moment, Shoe Carnival only ships within the 50 United States.

Does Shoe Carnival accept returns?

Yes. You have 60 days to return an item from the date of purchase. You may return any online purchase to any Shoe Carnival store or have it sent back to the Return Center for a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. Returned items must contain all of the original packaging and must be in new and unused condition. Does Shoe Carnival accept exchanges?

Exchanges at Shoe Carnival are processed just like returns. You’ll have to place a new order for the correct item and process a return for the incorrect order. A refund will then be issued to you once the item you have sent back is received. You may also exchange your order at any of the Shoe Carnival stores across the country.

Shoe Perks is the free loyalty program that Shoe Carnival offers where every purchase by a customer will earn the buyer points.
