When does my Shutterfly order ship?

Products will require processing, which is usually 1-3 business days from the time an order was made. In some instances, this could take longer depending on seasonal and current production variances.

Does Shutterfly ship internationally?

Yes. Shutterfly currently ships to over 100 countries across the world. Transit time and shipping costs vary per country. What is the Shutterfly Super Rush Delivery?

This delivery option is available for some of the most popular products Shutterfly offers. To receive a qualifying order within 2 business days, make sure to place it before 4PM(PST). This option is only available to valid street addresses within the US. There will also be a limited number of Super Rush orders that can be accepted per day so if the option is greyed out, this means that the maximum orders for the day have been reached. What is Shutterfly’s order cancelation policy?

Once you have placed the order, you’ll have 30 minutes to cancel it for any reason. To do this, you can either use the link provided to you at the bottom of the order confirmation email you received or login to your Account, go to your Order History, and if you’re still within the 30-minute window, the option to cancel the order should be viewable. Does Shutterfly offer In-store Pickups?

Yes. You may pick-up orders at a local Walgreens, Target, or CVS store. However, this option is only limited to 4x6 glossy prints. Most stores offer a processing time of one hour although larger orders may take up to 24 hours. For stores without an in-house printing capability, orders can take 3-7 days to process. To pick up the print, just bring a copy of your confirmation email along with a valid ID. Payment methods accepted include credit cards, cash, and the stores’ respective gift cards. Can I cancel my Shutterfly In-store Pickup order?

No. Orders placed for in-store pickup are not subject to the 3-minute cancelation window. Once placed, they cannot be canceled.

Can I reorder a Shutterfly order?

If you have placed an order before, the project should be saved in your account under My Project. To place a new order, just log in to your account, find the project you wish to reorder, save it, and then place a new order. What is Shutterfly’s return policy?

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, contact Shutterfly here or at 1 (877) 284-9610 to review the problem as well as to find the instructions for processing the return. A 50% return fee will be charged on returned orders except those being returned due to Shutterfly errors. Instead of a refund, Shutterfly may issue store credit for orders returned more than 60 days from when it was ordered.

When will I receive my refund from Shutterfly?

Once your return has been received, it may take Shutterfly up to ten days to process the refund. You will receive a refund for the shipping charges on your original order if the entire order is returned. Shutterfly is unable to refund the return shipping charges.
