Note that large prints refer to poster-sized prints, 11x14 or more. Additionally, other extras such as layouts, texts, backgrounds, and embellishments are offered for Large Prints but not for Standard Prints. Can I cancel my Snapfish order after placing it?
Yes, provided that it is within 60 minutes from the time you submitted the order. Any changes you want to make to an order, such as changing the shipping method, the shipping address, the actual product, or other aspects of the order must also be done within this time frame. Does Snapfish accept returns and replacements?
If you are not fully satisfied with an order due to quality issues, damage, or defect, it is advised that you take picture of the problem and have the picture uploaded to your Snapfish account. Place it in a new album titled Order Problem and get in touch with customer service. Depending on the picture you shared, Snapfish will either recreate the order or issue a refund. There are also cases when you’ll be asked to return the defective item before any further step is taken.
