What is the Skip Hop shipping policy?
Skip Hop ships using standard shipping only. It is a flat rate of $6. Ship to store is available for free but only in certain locations. There are no expedited shipping options with Skip Hop.
What is the Skip Hop return policy?
Items can be returned to Skip Hop by mail or to the stores within 90 days as long as they are still in new condition. Some items are marked "Return by mail only" and cannot be accepted in stores as a return.

You earn 1 point for every dollar spent and earn a $10 reward for every 150 points you save. Additional benefits including a gift for your child's birthday and sneak previews of new items are also included. It is free to join the program.
Will Skip Hop make a price adjustment if something goes on sale after purchase?
Skip Hop will make a single price adjustment in the event of a sale within 14 days of your original purchase.
