Can I choose which Super Smoothie flavors I get for my monthly Smoothie Box subscription?

Yes. Smoothie Box contains a total of 20 smoothies along with 20 collagen pouches. You can choose between Variety, Protein Punch, and Chocolate Lover. You can also choose to customize what’s inside your box as long as they are in packs of five.

When will I receive my Smoothie Box order?

Orders are immediately sent to the Smoothie Box processing center for packing and shipping. Typically, the order will be delivered within 2 days from the time of the order placement. Deliveries are only made from Tuesday to Saturday. Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent to you containing the tracking number and the specific date when the box will be delivered.

How much does it cost for a Smoothie Box monthly subscription?

A monthly Smoothie Box subscription costs $119 with free lifetime shipping. the box contains 20 Super Smoothies, along with 20 Collagen pouches, which is equivalent to $6 per smoothie.

What form does the Smoothie Box smoothies come in?

Smoothie Box is committed to bringing their customers only real and whole ingredients. This is why their smoothies come in frozen form, pre-portioned and ready for blending. Made from organic fruits, seeds, and vegetables, you can be sure that there are no processed sweeteners or sugars in these smoothies. However, there are powdered ingredients present in products such as the collagen protein powder. The cacao smoothie also contains cacao powder.

Are Smoothie Box smoothies vegan?

As of the moment, the Smoothie Box super smoothies are not vegan. The original blends of cacao, green, and clementine, all contain collagen protein- an ingredient that is sourced from grass-fed cattle. While none of the smoothies contain dairy, egg, gluten, or soy, they are made on equipment used to process tree-nuts, wheat, egg, dairy, and soy.

Does Smoothie Box deliver in Canada?

No. Smoothie Box is unable to ship to Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska. As of the moment, Smoothie Box is only able to deliver to the 48 contiguous states.

Can I pause my Smoothie Box subscription?

Yes. To pause your subscription, just contact support@smoothiebox.com for assistance. You may be able to pause your subscription for a maximum of three months. If you’re going on vacation and would not wish to receive shipment while you’re away, you can choose to have your billing date altered to reflect a date that falls after your return. Can Smoothie Box deliver to a P.O. Box or business address?

Smoothie Box partners with FedEx Home which means that a home address is required for deliveries. While they can deliver to a business address, they do not recommend delivering to one due to the perishable nature of the products and how most deliveries may fall on Saturdays. What should I do if my Smoothie Box order contains some damaged items?

For issues regarding products that were damaged during transit, email support@smoothiebox.com along with details about the damaged items the moment the shipment has been unpacked. Make sure to note the damage and if you can, attach a photo of the damaged item. Photos are most useful for a better visual assessment of the damage. An agent will then review this report to ensure that a proper resolution is provided to you.

What is the Smoothie Box Return and refund policy?

The perishable nature of the products that Smoothie Box sells means that they are unable to accept returns since perishable goods cannot be resold or restocked. Orders need to be carefully reviewed once they are processed for shipping. Smoothie Box is not able to alter the order or change the plan. Any requested changes will have to be applied to the next shipment.
