Can Topshop let me know when sold out items are restocked?
Can I make changes to my Topshop order after placing it?
No. You may no longer be able to amend your order details once it has been submitted. You can, however, place a new order if there are more items that you wish to buy.
When can I expect to receive my Topshop order?
Standard international parcels are expected to arrive within 7 days from the time the order has been placed. Express delivery is available too and packages shipped through this method should arrive within 3 days from placing the order.

Can I track my Topshop order?
Yes. Orders being shipped to the US are fully trackable. You will be sent a dispatch email once your order ships and it will include the tracking number. How do I process a Topshop return?
Topshop offers free returns via UPS. To return an item, click here to print a Free UPS Return Label. Before downloading the return label, make sure to write the order number. You’ll need to attach it to the parcel that you will then need to drop off at any local UPS drop off points within 14 days from receiving the item. Note that products from different orders should be returned separately to ensure faster processing and correct refund.
What is Topshop’s policy on faulty items?
If you received a faulty item or had an incorrect item shipped to you, you will need to send it back to either get a full refund or a replacement. If you wish to have the item replaced, make a replacement order. Email the original order details, the name of the incorrect or faulty item, as well as the replacement order number to Topshop so they can refund any applicable shipping and delivery charges for you.
Can I change the delivery address for my Topshop order?
Unfortunately, Topshop is unable to change the shipping address for international orders.
When can I receive my refund from Topshop?
If you have processed a return, it may take up to 14 business days for the parcel to arrive. Once it reaches Topshop, it will take another 3-5 business days for the credit to be processed to your account. Note though that some banks may require a longer time to have the refund processed.
Can I cancel my Topshop order?
Orders are processed right after they are submitted and Topshop is not able to make any changes to the order or cancel it during the processing time. If you decide that the item you have ordered is no longer wanted, you always have the option to return it for a full refund.
