Note that refunds will be deducted with shipping charges and international orders may only be returned for refund and not exchanges.

To qualify for an exchange or a refund, the item must be an unused, unopened case, box, bag, container, or bottle of WonderSlim products. It could also be up to 1 partially used box of 7 servings per unique product. To process the return, just fill out the Returns/Exchange Request Form and include it in your shipment.
