Will my BarkBox subscription automatically renew?

Yes. Regardless of whether you’re on the 1, 6, or 12 month plan, the subscription will automatically renew unless you note otherwise. If you are on the 6 or 12 month plan and you disable auto-renewal, you will still receive boxes for the remaining months in your plan although the subscription will no longer be renewed at the end of your term. Does BarkBox charge a shipping fee for subscriptions?

Shipping is free for subscription boxes being shipped to the 48 continental United States and military addresses. Meanwhile, boxes that are being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada will be charged a shipping fee of $8 per box.

When can I expect to receive my BarkBox?

For first time customers, boxes are immediately processed once ordered. It will typically take 2-3 business days for boxes to be shipped. How long it would take for the box to get delivered to you will depend on your location. Also, after your first box is shipped, the succeeding boxes will be shipped out on every 15th of the month with the same delivery timeframe.

Yes. If you ordered an item through the BarkBox BarkShop that your dog doesn’t love, you can return it. BarkShop offers free shipping on returns. Make sure that products are unused and returned in their original packaging with the original stickers and tags still intact.
