Camel accepts returned items for 45 days after purchase. Customers should contact customer service by email at info@camelstore.com. Returns should be sent to 5005 Ontario Mills Parkway, Ontario CA, 91764. Camel does not accept exchanges. Return the item and reorder what you wanted.
