📪What is the Diamondback Fitness US shipping policy?
Diamondback Fitness ships to the Continental US using free shipping. Items are delivered to curbside only and will not be moved into the home/business. There is no shipping available to PO Boxes or to remote locations. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is on a case by case arrangement only and will include a shipping fee that may vary by item and location.

Diamondback Fitness will accept items in new condition for 30 days after purchase at the customer's expense. A return merchandise authorization number is required before making a return and should be obtained by calling or emailing customer support. Instructions will also be given on how to make the return. Items that are beyond the 30 day return period can be serviced/repaired under the warranty for that product.

Diamondback Fitness bikes and ellipticals are covered by warranties that cover expendable items like the seats and handlebars (90 days), the labor (1 year), the electronics and additional parts (3 years) and the frame and brakes (5 years). It is highly recommended that you note the date of your item's purchase/arrival and keep all relevant paperwork together in the event that warranty service is needed.
