Can I cancel my EAMART order after submitting it?
If your order has already been submitted and you decide to cancel it, an order cancelation fee of $10 will be charged. It is advised that you connect with customer support to initiate the process.
Does EAMART allow bulk purchases?
If you’re interested in making a bulk purchase, contact EAMART first at customerservice@eamart.com. Make sure to indicate in the email the products you are interested in purchasing as well as the quantity you require.
Does EAMART offer free delivery?
Yes. Free delivery without any minimum purchase is offered for Singapore orders provided that you spend at least $150 per month.
What payment methods does EAMART accept?
EAMART accepts Visa and MasterCard for online orders. Cash and check upon delivery are accepted only for registered businesses. However, if you do not meet the $150 per month spending mark, you will still continue to enjoy free delivery with a single receipt minimum order of $40. Otherwise, there will be a $5.50 delivery fee.
When can I expect my EAMART delivery?
EAMART delivers 365 days a year, 7 days a week. Deliveries are made from 7AM to 10PM every day. When you place an order, you can select your preferred delivery date along with a two-hour window. You can expect your delivery to arrive within that window on the date you have selected.
Can I change my EAMART delivery date and time?
Yes. Just make sure to give customer support a heads up no less than 8 hours before your selected delivery date and time. EAMART does not charge for delivery date and time changes, provided that you have informed them 8 hours before the delivery you selected. Failure to do so results in a redelivery fee of $10.
Does EAMART ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping will be subject to freight charges. The amount charged would depend on the good you are purchasing and will be calculated upon checkout. EAMART does not ship meat products and beverages to international destinations. For international orders, email customerservice@eamart.com of the products you wish to order along with their respective quantity.
What is the EAMART 5% rebate?
The 5% rebate serves as a reward for those customers that spend $150 each month at EAMART. They are credited to your wallet on the first day of every month. Rebates can be applied to any EAMART purchase and do not have an expiration date.
Does EAMART accept returns and exchanges?
Yes. Returns to EAMART will be honored with an exchange. A refund will only be issued for items that are defective or damaged. Orders with missing items upon delivery are also eligible for refund. Contact customer support for proper assistance.
When will I receive my EAMART refund?
Once you have received a refund confirmation, it typically takes 3-5 business days to be completed.
