Does Gap accept returns?

Yes. You have 45 days to return an item purchased at Gap. Returns and exchanges are free. For replacements, your credit card will be billed for the replacement item however it will be shipped for free. How do I process a Gap return?

To start a return process by mail, access Gap’s interactive return process. Pack the item you are returning securely in its original packaging, along with the completed invoice and affix the shipping label to the package. Once ready, you can drop the package off at a UPS location, give it to your USPS mail deliverer, or drop it off at the post office.

You can also return a Gap purchase to a Gap store. Just find a store near you and bring the item you are returning along with the shipping confirmation.
