Does Journeys have a size chart?

Size Charts are provided for most items on the Journeys website to make it easier for you to find your perfect size. Each size chart displayed is specific to the brand. Note that if you ended up with the wrong size, there are Journeys stores everywhere to which you can bring the item and have it exchanged with the right one.

Does Journeys offer free shipping?

Yes. Free standard ground shipping is available for orders over $39.98. Physical gift cards get free shipping as well.

What other shipping options does Journeys offer?

Aside from standard ground shipping, Journeys also offers expedited shipping. For expedited orders to ship on the same business day, they must be processed by 10AM (CST). The same is true for orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska. For orders being shipped via Standard Ground shipping, those being shipped to APO/FPO/AE/CMR addresses, as well as orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska, expect a 1-2 business processing time. What is Journeys’ return policy?

You can return any merchandise within 365 days from purchase provided that it is in its original packaging and in new condition. Full refunds will be provided once a return has been completed. Note that shipping charges are non-refundable.


Returns can be done at a store or by mail. When returning to a store, just bring the item in its original packaging to any Journeys store. When returning by mail, create a prepaid label here. Does Journeys accept exchanges?

Yes. You can exchange your item at any Journeys store. You may also exchange items by mail. Exchanges are free. To exchange by mail, create a prepaid label. Include your desired quantity, size, and SKU or item number and send the items back. It will take around 2-4 weeks for you to receive the new items.

Do any Journeys' products ship directly from the manufacturer?

Yes. Certain items are shipped directly from manufacturers and require up to 3 more days for delivery. These items will be shipped via Standard Ground and will not be eligible for expedited shipping. These items also cannot be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto, or to APO/FPO addresses. Click here to learn more.

When will my Journeys order ship?

After placing your order, processing will begin immediately. It will take 1-2 business days for orders to be processed. Orders placed before 10AM (CST) will be processed on the same day.

Can I place an order inside a Journeys’ store?

Can I make changes to or cancel my Journeys order?

Orders are processed immediately after they are submitted. Changes to an order or cancelation request may no longer be possible after submission. In this case, you have to wait for the merchandise to arrive and then go through the return process so you can get a refund. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable for returns although they are waived for exchanges. Learn more about order cancelations and changes here.

Does Journeys offer international shipping?

No. As of the moment, Journeys does not ship internationally.
