lensrentals allows customers to rent camera lenses, tripods and other pieces of equipment for a set rental period. Extensions are available when necessary. The return shipping charge is paid for in the rental agreement and is a simple process.
What is a "Keeper" from lensrentals?
A Keeper is something that you like so much that you choose to buy it instead of returning it at the end of the rental period. For these items, 7 days of rental credit is given. If you have rented for longer than 7 days a credit of 30% will be given for those remaining days. If you decide not to actually keep a Keeper, you have the option to return it for up to 14 days for a full refund.
What is the lensrentals domestic shipping policy?
lensrentals ships everything with either standard shipping or overnight shipping. Standard shipping costs $25 with an additional $5 charge for other items. Some items are small enough not to receive this extra charge and will ship for free in the main package. Overnight charges are based on the order. lensrentals does not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or to Puerto Rico. A signature is required for every delivery.
Does lensrentals offer local pick up?
lensrentals does offer free, local pickup for residents in Nashville and Memphis. An email will be sent when the item is ready to be picked up in the office of your choice.

lensrentals HD is a program that allows you to have free standard shipping on every rental as well as half price overnight delivery for a full year. The service costs $99 per year and is unlimited. lensrentals HD is not available in Alaska or Hawaii.
What is the lensrentals cancelation policy?
If you request a rental but change your mind you will not be charged a fee if the order has not left the warehouse. However, if the item is packed and ready to go or has already left the lensrentals warehouse there will be fees and penalties determined by the cost of the entire rental period.
Does lensrentals charge late fees if a rental is not returned on time?
There are late fees for late rentals at lensrentals. The amount of the late fees will be determined by how late the item is, the initial rental period and other factors. For example, on a 4 day rental, the late fee could be 25% of the full rental fee for every day that the item is late.
How are items returned to lensrentals?
lensrentals includes the return shipping label with every package. The return shipping fee is paid during the rental process. Simply repackage the item as it was when it was sent to you and send it back.
