Returns are accepted within 15 days from the time the products were delivered. Note that to qualify for a full refund, all the items and accessories the product came with must also be returned. Handling and shipping fees will not be included in the refund amount. Returns are free. Samsung will provide a shipping return label and they will cover the return shipping cost too. To initiate a return, just log in to your account, go to "My Orders" and click on “Return”.

What is the Samsung Upgrade Program?

This program lets customers purchase a new eligible smartphone device via Samsung Financing. After 12 months, you may choose to upgrade to the latest smartphone Samsung offers and enjoy a maximum credit of 50% of your initial purchase price. Also, the old smartphone must be returned in good condition to be eligible.

Can I track my Samsung order?

Yes. You can track your order via My Orders in your Samsung account and select the order you wish to track. You’ll also be sent an email to notify you that your order has been shipped and you can track your order from there. Just click on the Track Package link to know the shipment's whereabouts.

Can I modify the shipping address of my Samsung order after placing it?

No. Once an order has been placed, it is no longer possible to modify any detail in it. If you’re unable to receive the order at the shipping address you included with the order, the package will return to the Samsung warehouse and a full refund will then be processed back to you.

Can I cancel my Samsung order?

Yes, provided that the order has not yet been sent to the fulfillment center, otherwise, it can no longer be canceled.
