Here are the payment methods accepted at Sephra.

Yes. You have 30 days from your purchase date to return a Sephra product if you’re not fully satisfied with it. Unused products returned within that period will be charged a 15% restocking fee. For used home products, a 35% restocking fee is charged. Note that shipping costs will be your responsibility and will only be refunded for returns caused by errors from Sephra’s end. To return merchandise, a Return Merchandize Authorization is needed. Contact customer service at 1 (858) 675-3088 for assistance. Once you are issued the RMA, the products must be returned to Sephra within 15 days. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Refunds will require 1-2 weeks to process. They will only be issued to the person who originally made the purchase and will be credited to the same payment method used when the purchase was made.

Free Ground Shipping is offered for select items that were specifically advertised as having free shipping. This option is only available to the 48 continental UnitedStates. For other items, shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout. Click here to learn more.

For Express shipping, online orders must be placed before 9:30AM (PST) to ship on the same day, otherwise, it will be shipped on the next business day. Orders by phone should be placed before 1PM (PST) to be shipped on the same day. Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can take 3-7 business days for delivery.

Yes. Sephra can ship almost anywhere in the world. All orders except those shipping to Canada get shipped via FedEx International Economy. For orders being shipped to Canada, shipping will be by US Postal Service or UPS.

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes and they are your responsibility. Note that Sephra does not collect these fees but they are rather collected by the respective customs offices in the destination country.

Once your order has been shipped successfully, expect an email containing your tracking information to be sent to you. You can then use these details to find out the whereabouts of your shipment.
