Does Zapals accept returns?

If you’re not happy with a purchase, you have 30 days to return it, provided that the product is unwashed, unworn, and undamaged. Make sure that the tags are still attached and the item is in its original condition.

You’ll also need to include photos showing the defect. Once the item has been checked and found faulty, you can request a replacement or you will receive a refund along with the delivery charges. If your return includes more than the faulty items, delivery charge will not be included in the refund amount.
