Yes. If you wish to return an item bought online, on the phone, or at one of the American Eagle stores, you may return them to a store for free if you’re from the US and Canada. Just make sure to take the invoice of the item with you, along with the credit card you used to make the purchase.

You may also ship the items back. Just put them in the original package, indicate which items are being returned and the reason on the invoice. Decide on a mail carrier and you’re all set. American Eagle offers free shipping on US orders that are $50 or more. A flat rate of $7 is charged on orders below $50. In the event that your order needs to be shipped in two shipments or more, shipping will only be charged on the first package, not on the additional packages.
