This is the BaubleBar domestic shipping policy. All shipments to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses will be completed via USPS and may take longer to deliver than other packages. In addition, there are no expedited shipping options for these addresses, nor to Alaska and Hawaii.

What is the BaubleBar return policy?
BaubleBar will accept returns of all new items for 30 days. Customers can use the free, prepaid label found on the back of their shipping label or use a shipping service at the customers expense.

BaubleBar will accept returns from international customers for 30 days after delivery. There are no free returns for international customers. All returns must start with a return merchandise authorization number. Obtain this number by email at Helpme@baublebar.com.

What are the custom pieces at BaubleBar?
BaubleBar allows customers to design their own customized, personalized pieces including monograms. The pieces are all made to order so they are not eligible for return unless they are damaged. Custom orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have been made. Pieces take slightly longer to create and may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.
