What do I need to sign up for Eaze Delivery?
Eaze is only for medical and recreational users who are 21 and above. To sign up, get verified, and place orders through Eaze, you will be required to present a valid ID to prove that you are over 21 years old. What are Eaze Delivery’s hours of operations?
In almost all of the delivery territories throughout California, orders are accepted from 9AM to 10PM (PST), any day of the week. In Portland, OR, however, deliveries are made daily from 9AM to 8PM (PST). There are local laws in some areas that require deliveries and sale to end prior to 10PM (PST). Does placing an order at Eaze Delivery require a medical recommendation?
In most of Eaze’s service areas, a medical recommendation is no longer needed when placing an order as most of Eaze’s dispensary partners have an Adult Use license, allowing them to sell products to anyone over 21 years old. There are cities, however, that only allow Medical sales, in which case, a medial recommendation will be required. In most cases, all you need to do is provide a valid ID to prove that you are 21 or older. Acceptable IDs include state-issued ID card, state-issued driver’s license, and Foreign Government Issued ID or Passport.
What are the instances when an in-progress Eaze Delivery order may be canceled?
There are a number of reasons why an Eaze order may be canceled. An order is canceled when the dispensary driver is unable to reach you or locate you upon arriving at your chosen delivery location, if you’ve inputted a different location from your actual location, or if the driver has experienced car troubles or other unforeseen circumstances preventing him from getting the order delivered. In addition, orders that are placed too close to closing time are canceled. This is in compliance with state laws that only permit the sale of Eaze Delivery products before 10:00PM (PST). What is Eaze Delivery’s policy for refunds and exchanges?
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can contact Eaze customer support by calling 1-833-223-5010 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Exchanges and refunds may be done within 30 days of the product’s delivery. When returning the product, allow 48-72 hours for refunds to be processed.
