Can I make changes to a Finish Line order after I have placed it?

Once an order has been processed, Finish Line is unable to add or change anything to it without attempting to cancel it. If an order can no longer be canceled, you can refuse the product upon delivery or you can return it via one of the Finish Line stores or by mail. Can I make an online purchase and then pick it up at a Finish Line store?

Yes. Finish Line has a Buy Online, Pick Up In Store Program so you can find the item that you want online, buy it, and then pick it up at your local Finish Line store. Just select Store Pickup before adding your item to your shopping bag and select your preferred pickup store. Does Finish Line accept returns?

Yes. You have 45 days to return a purchase provided that it is in original condition and unworn. The price tags should still be attached and must be returned in their original packaging.
