Yes, HiSmile guarantees that your teeth should be 2 shades whiter after using their Teeth Whitening Kit. However, if you are not pleased with the results, you can email help@hismileteeth.com with a photo of your teeth before and after completing the kit. Photos must have valid timestamps too. Applications will take 3 days from submission to be processed. To qualify, the application must be sent within 30 days from receiving the product. More details here.

Does HiSmile offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $65 are eligible for free shipping. People that sign up for the monthly subscription plan will get to enjoy free shipping too.
Can I track my HiSmile order?
Yes. If you have signed up for an account, you can check it directly there. If you do not have an account yet, just wait for the shipping confirmation email. It will contain your order tracing details. Note that it can take 24 hours for tracking to update after an order has been dispatched.
What is HiSmile’s return policy?
If you’re not happy with the products you received, you have 30 days from the time you’ve received the products to return them, provided that they are still in their original condition. Refunds issued to you will not include the shipping costs. Products that have been opened, used, and no longer in their original condition will not be eligible for refund.
