How does JustFab work?
JustFab is subscription based- you sign up as a VIP member and will be sent collections to choose from each month. If you want the selection, there’s nothing to do. The selection will be sent to you and your payment on file is charged. If you do not want the selection, simply skip it before the 5th of the month and there is no charge. If you receive it and the shipment is not right for you for any reason you can return it.

JustFab allows returns of new/unworn items for credit or membership for free. Exchanges are also free. If you would prefer to receive a refund there is a $5.95 restocking fee deducted from the amount returned. For returns outside of the contiguous US there is a $9 shipping and handling fee.
