Does Shopbop guarantee prices?
Shopbop will do both price adjustments and price matching but not for the same item or order. If an item goes on sale within 14 days of purchase, the price will be adjusted one time only at the request of the customer. For price matching, the criteria for the item must be met and information verified before the lower price will be matched.

Does Shopbop ship internationally?
Yes! Shopbop does ship internationally. All fees including taxes and duties vary by country. Restricted items will not be allowed to be sent and the order my be canceled.
What is the Shopbop returns policy?
For US customers Shopbop will allow returns for 30 days. If the return is made in 15 days, it is free otherwise the charge is $10. All items must be new/unworn and should have tags still attached. Footwear should be in the original box or a damaged box fee may be deducted from the refund amount. Shopbop does not allow exchanges at this time.
What is the Shopbop international returns policy?
Shopbop allows international returns for 30 days after purchase. The amount of the returns will vary by the country it is coming from. There are no exchanges.

Shopbop will box your gift items at your discretion. A gift invoice (without pricing and billing information) will be included as well as your personal message if you would like.
