To use Way, start by exploring for exclusive deals on Dining, Parking, Events, Movies, and Activities around you. Once you have taken your pick, book a spot either through the Way app or online. Lastly, enjoy the experience and have the most fun knowing that you’ve just secured a great deal.

The Dining Subscription allows you to subscribe to a dining plan, making it easier for you to plan your meals and save considerably on pricing as a result. Once signed up, you just have to browse the menus available and then order your meals. With your email confirmation, show up to your selected restaurant and enjoy your meal!

You can choose between 2 monthly plans for the Dining Subscription service. The Meal Deal 12 costs $78 monthly, offering 12 meal deals for 30 days. At $6.50 per meal, you get a total savings of $32. The Meal Deal 20 costs $127 per month and offers 20 meal deals for 30 days. Priced at $6.35 per meal, you get a total savings of $51.

No. You do not need a subscription to browse restaurants and order food for delivery or pick up.

To cancel your order, log in to your Way account and go to “Dashboard”. You should see all your current orders here. Click “View” on the specific order you wish to cancel which should open an option that will allow you to click the “Cancel” button. Confirm the cancelation. You should receive a confirmation email afterwards to confirm the action.

For movie tickets, once the ticket order has been processed, Way is no longer able to issue any refund. If you made a mistake or booked tickets for the wrong movie, call Way right away at 1 (408) 598-3338 before the order has been processed. Otherwise, you may contact the theater that the tickets were bought for as they may be able to honor the ticket and let you use it to view a different movie or show time.

For transit orders, Way is no longer able to cancel the transaction the moment that the order has been processed. You may contact the transit authority in order to get assistance.

For parking reservations, you may cancel the reservation no more than 24 hours from the date and the time you made the reservation. Just go to your online reservation and cancel it. You may also call or email Way customer service for assistance. Note that these reservations have been prepaid by Way so canceled reservations within the 24-hour window from check-in will be refunded for the full amount as a credit to your Way account that can then be used in the future. Smart Parking is a feature on the Way app where at certain venues, the app can be used to get the venue’s Bluetooth-enabled parking gate open. You’ll need to download the Way app for this feature to work. The app will give you a prompt to turn on your Bluetooth if Smart Parking is available.

Yes. Way offers a 10% student discount. This is available for students that have an account with Student Beans. To redeem, you just need to sign up with Student Beans andunlock the promo code, which can then be used upon checkout. The student discount, however, may not be used with other Way promotions.

Yes. Way has the Way Bucks, its very own reward program where members can earn rewards based on individual Way purchases. The program is free for participants that are at least 18 years old and are legal US residents with a US registration address. The amount of Way Bucks you can earn for a single Way purchase is capped at $100.
