What is Woman Within’s return and exchange policy?
If you are not fully satisfied with a purchase you made at Woman Within, you may return the item within 60 days from the ship date. Exchanges are processed for a new color, size, or a different item free of charge. For returns, a refund of the item’s purchase minus the shipping and prepaid return shipping labels will be issued. Note that refunds will not be processed for products that do not meet Woman Within’s return criteria or those returns made beyond the 60-day period.
How do I process a return to Woman Within?
To return an item, start the process online by locating the order you wish to return via your Woman Within account. Once you have located the order, click on "Return Item" and select the items you wish to return and note why you are returning them. Get the return label ready and mark the appropriate return codes on the front. Pack the items you are returning in the original packaging, and include the completed invoice and the prepaid shipping label. You can drop the package at any post office, put it in your mailbox, or have it picked up.
Note that a $7.50 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund. Also, it could take 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
When will Woman Within issue my refund?
Refunds generally take 3-4 weeks to process and credit to the original mode of payment used when the purchase was made. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund credit. It could take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to reflect on your statement.
