How does Zulily work?
Zulily allows you to shop special sales across a very wide and ever-changing array of products. These sales typically last for 72 hours or less especially for some of the more anticipated items. Most items are then bought in bulk and shipped out from the Zulily warehouse. Additional sales such as the daily deal are also available and will be announced on the website.
What is the Zulily US shipping policy?
Zulily offers a number of shipping options. Charges are based on the items ordered. Orders can be shipped as a whole or in various stages depending on the customer's needs.
Does Zulily ship internationally?
Zulily does ship internationally. All charges will vary based on the destination, shipping method selected and order amount.
What is the Zulily return policy?
Zulily will accept returns for 30 days. Returns can be started through the account portal by going to "my orders" and then clicking on "return an item". From there, you can print out the shipping label and send back the item. Shipping fees for a single item are $6.95, up to five items is $8.95 and more than 6 items is $17.90. Items shipped internationally are not eligible for return at this time.

Can a Zulily order be canceled or changed?
Changes and cancelations can be made within 30 minutes of placing a Zulily order. If the decision is made after that time, customer service will need to be contacted. As long as the order has not been packaged or shipped, changes can be made.
Do you need a Zulily account to order?
You will be required to create a Zulily account to order. The account is free and easy to make and allows you to do a number of things including checking order status, return an order and more.
