This means that after payment is approved for your international order, Athleta then ships the items to Borderfree’s shipping hub and Borderfree then ships the package to you. To start shopping, just choose your preferred currency and shipping destination on the Athleta website so you can view product prices in your chosen currency.

When shipping internationally, costs for shipping and handling are calculated upon checkout. This cost is based on several factors including the weight of the items, the number of items in your order, as well as the order’s shipping destination. Most of the time, items are delivered within 11-24 days after the order was placed. Refunds on returns will be processed to the original form of payment used when the order was created. Note that for refunds on credit cards, it may take another 10 business days for most credit card companies to post the refunded amount to your account. Yes! You may make use of a one-time price adjustment if a product you purchased was marked down within 14 days from your order date. Email Athleta to request a price adjustment or contact them by phone at 1 (877) 328-4538. Have your order number ready. Note price adjustments are not given for final sale items. Also, price adjustments for products purchased online cannot be processed in-store.

Returns are accepted for international orders however, exchanges are not offered as of this time. You can return the item and order a new replacement instead. Refunds for international returns will include tariffs, duties and taxes. However, original shipping charges are non-refundable. To initiate an international return, contact Athleta to request a Return Merchandise Authorization form. A refund will be issued to your original payment method upon receipt of the returned package. It may take up to 10 business days for refunds to be reflected in your account.

Due to Athleta’s automated process in filling orders, there is a very short window of time after you have placed your order to make changes or cancel t.
