inkbox constantly takes effort on restocking their designs. You can even sign up to get notified when a design is back in stock. You can also email hi@inkbox.com to send them a reminder about the design you are waiting for. Also, inkbox releases about 40 new designs weekly.

Custom designs are made on demand by the inkbox custom team and will take 10-13 business days to process and fulfill before they are shipped. If it has been more than 13 business days since you have made the order, you can email custom@getinkbox.com for updates.

Most orders require a 2-3 business day processing time before they are shipped. However, if the order is a custom one, it may take around 8-15 business days for inkbox to get it all set and ready for shipping. This is on top of the actual delivery or transit time it would take for the order to get to you after it has been shipped.

Yes. inkbox even offers free international shipping for orders over $39. Of orders below $39, an international shipping flat rate of $9 is charged. International orders generally have a 9-15 business days delivery time. More details on inkbox’s international shipping options here.

If the order has not yet been shipped, then you can email hi@inkbox.com along with the updated shipping address and your order number. However, inkbox will no longer be able to make any changes once the order has been shipped.

Yes. Unused inkbox products can be returned within 30 days from their shipping date. To be accepted for refund, items must be in their original packaging and must be in new condition. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment used when making the purchase. Shipping charges will not be covered. Products returned beyond 30 days may still be eligible for refund but in the form of store credit. No return will be accepted if it has been beyond 90 days from the time the order was shipped. Orders shipping to the US and Canada will not be charged for any duty or import tax.International orders, however, may be subject to these charges based on the value of their order and depending on the tax-free threshold. Taxes and duties are the recipient’s responsibility and are generally collected upon delivery of the order.

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. You’ll then be notified via email whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. Refunds will take 10-15 days to be credited back to your original method of payment. If you need help regarding your refund, you can email hi@inkbox.com.

If you wish to cancel your order, contact hi@inkbox.com as soon possible. Include your order number and the reason you’re canceling. As long as the order has not been shipped yet, inkbox can still have it canceled and you will get a full refund.
